Returns and Exchange


We have a tough quality control process and we ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your products. However if you do find a problem with your product, please follow the below procedure for a Return or Exchange:



  • Purchases made online at can be returned through the mail.
  • We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn products, with original sales receipt, with original sales tag attached, and within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  • Unfortunately due to hygienic reason we will not accept returns of knickers.
  • All returns are subject to verification of original sale. We reserve the right to limit returns regardless of receipt.
  • Products may only be returned or exchanged in the country in which it was originally purchased.
  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
  • No refunds are permitted on Sale items.




  • Complete the Return Form, including Quantity Returned and Reason Code found on the reverse side of your packing slip.
  • Include your contact information in case we need to contact you regarding your return.
  • Pack your Product with the return form securely inside and return to the address below.
  • We advise selecting a recorder or insured mail service; we are not responsible for items that we do not receive.
  • Packages must be prepaid by you; COD deliveries will not be accepted.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees.
  • Refunds are only issued to the credit card used when the order was originally placed if within 10 days. After 10 days, you will receive a Gift Card that can be used online.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to post on your account once we receive the package.
