Return and Exchange
We have a tough quality control process and we ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your products. However if you do find a problem with your product, please follow the below procedure for a Return or Exchange:
WHERE RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED:

Purchases made online at www.secretive.hk can be returned through the mail.

We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn products, with original sales receipt, with original sales tag attached, and within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Unfortunately due to hygienic reason we will not accept returns of knickers.

All returns are subject to verification of original sale. We reserve the right to limit returns regardless of receipt.

Products may only be returned or exchanged in the country in which it was originally purchased.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

No refunds are permitted on Sale items.

We advise selecting a recorded and insured mail service; we are not responsible for items that we do not receive.

Packages must be paid by you; COD deliveries will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees.

Refunds are only issued to the credit card used when the order was originally placed if within 5 days. After 5 days, you will receive a Gift Card that can be used online.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to post on your account once we receive the package.
